River Breeze Estates is conveniently located - far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough to the important things. The recent completion of Corridor-X makes commuting to Birmingham a breeze!

There are two phases of River Breeze. The first is located at the intersection of Sipsey Road and Mac Drummond Road exactly three miles from where Old 78 Highway (AL 5) crosses the Warrior River. From 78 Highway Westbound, turn right on Sipsey Road at the Frosty and travel three miles to turn left onto Mac Drummond Road. Click on the link below to see an online map.

The second phase is located adjacent to the Town of Sipsey next to the old Sipsey School. Instead of turning left on Mac Drummond Road, take the next left on Park Road and then left on River Breeze Road. Click on the link below to see an online map.
