Large, private lots in a calm country setting only ten minutes from Jasper or 40 minutes from Birmingham. River Breeze offers both large lots for rent and homes for rent. Homes range from 1 - 3 bedrooms. Lots are 1/2 - 3/4 acre in size. This builds on a 30+ year tradition of offering quality living space with "elbow room".

Community Covenants

Living together in a community requires some basic convenants between neighbors to maintain a quality neighborhood and value of your home. Everyone living in the community, renter or owner, agrees to abide by these basic rules for everyone's benefit. We are a member of the Alabama Landlord & Rental Association, Inc. This association of landlords work together to ensure a high quality of living for residents of our communities.

Service Discounts

Lease discounts are offered in return for your public service! A 10% rent discount is available to servicemembers on active duty or full time public school teachers, fire fighters or police officers.

You can use the Apply Now button to complete a rental application once you have found your new home. We only accept rental applications online. We do not process paper leases or applications. Each applicant 19 years old and older must have a unique email address and complete a rental application. Background checks are conducted as part of the applicaton process.

Application Approval

The application fee covers a background and credit check. Applications are processed in 1-2 days. You will be notified via text or email of an approved application.

As a guide, we don't expect perfect credit. However, if you have many recent unpaid bills for basic things like utility, phone, or car, then you will likely not be approved. We understand many people have challenges with medical bills. We may accept additional security deposit for people with poor credit on a case by case basis.

We require verifiable (like pay stubs) income of three times the monthly rent. If rent is $600, then you must have verifiable income of $1800/month.

Security deposit is equal to one month of rent. An additional $300 refundable pet deposit is required for pets as well as a $100 per pet fee.
